Still no one to fix cables

02:55am Saturday 26 Oct 2013 my landline and internet connection went off, it is only later in the morning that I heard cables were in my area and I was not the only one affected. I figured Telkom would get an alert and then send technician's to come and sort it out. No one came out so Monday 28 Oct 2013 I called FAULTS and i told the consultant what happened and i was given a fault no. 467CWK281013. 29 Oct 2013 tech's from Telkom came out and all they did was fill the holes where the cables were cut with sand and when neighbours asked when this will be sorted, they were told it could take up to 2 weeks as they had more important places to be!!! Now you tell me how the can your tech's say that when at the end of the day TELKOM expects people to pay up and yet they FAIL to help people!!! 01 November 2013 a tech came to my house after I complained the previous day that no one has touched my ticket, but you people SENT OUT THE WRONG ONE AS I ADVISED IT'S RELATING TO CABLES AND NOT A PROBLEM INSIDE MY HOUSE and even the tech said there is nothing he can do!!! Now we're in the 2nd week and I'm still down and I NEED MY LINE AND INTERNET
