I activated my BBM service on my contract on the 1st of September for a short period while using a blackberry. I was first told that i will be billed a pro rota rate which did not happen. On the 6th of September (6 days later) i cancelled the service because my phone had come out of repairs and i was told that i will have to pay the full amount. Frustrations aside i accepted this and moved on!!

After paying the full amount on the 25th of September you guys now bill me again on the 25th of October for a service that has been cancelled!! I then called in and spoke to a Ngobisa This is not acceptable and i would like to be refunded!! You guys peoples money and i am honestly sick of it!!
