Contract Cancelled but Still Debiting my Account

I called Vodacom to cancel my contract and was informed that I would still be debited at the end of October for usage and I would need to do the following:
1. Pay R450 with M65 deposit slip at Standard Bank to cover the cost of the handset
2. Sign Premature Cancellation Quote
3. Send both documents with copy of ID to [Email Removed]
Which I did on the 26th October 2013.

On the same day, I received an auto reply with a reference number "EC-ZH76-2BHD52"

Calling on the 5th November to find out if it had been cancelled, they told me the email was never received.
I sent it again, received an auto reply with a different reference number "EC-ZH9D-2P211G"

I then received a reply from Petronella on the 1st reference that I received saying "Good day, Please note that cancellation of your contract has been done. Regards Petronella"

I was debited at the end of October and I thought everything was dealt with.

End of November and they have debited me for R130 more than the monthly amount. I have called 4 times and each time I am on hold for no less than 10 minutes. Got through once to Chantelle and then got cut off while she transferred me. Now their system is down.
