DEDUCTING MONEY FOR CANCELLED SERVICE

I took out a new contract with Vodacom in November 2013. On the day I took out the contract at Vodacom Eastrand Mall I specifically told the consultant to cancel the blackberry services for my previous phone, she told me it have been deactivated. In December I got a bill from Vodacom and they deducted R50 extra for blackberry services, I phoned the call centre and told them I don't have a blackberry and the services was supposed to be cancelled in November, the consultant told me he will immediately deactivate the service. In January exactly the same thing happened on my account and again I needed to waste my time to phone Vodacom and find out why the service was not deactivated, and all the lady could say is no I can see from the system the service is still active but she will cancel it. I have till now paid R150 for blackberry services and I don't even have a blackberry!!! I have had many problems with Vodacom and accounts in the past but this is just the cherry on top. I want my R150 refunded to me, alternatively I will take legal action against Vodacom.
