Vodacom
Not delivering service

I recently applied for a contract with Vodacom, and was told the phone I was applying for was compatible with whatsapp only to find when I received the phone and it wasn't. After being pushed from call centre to person and store I complained on hello peter and was called to say they would give me a new phone, I was told they would collect it in 7 days. I was then contacted so say it will be collect in 5 days 2weeks have passed and no one has collected it. when I was on pay as you go I was called and called to please apply for a contract now that I have it I have had nothing but problems I should never have changed to contract now I know why
