MY HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE!!!

I ORDERED NOKIA LUMNIA 520 AND WAS TOLD I COULD EXCHNAGE OR CANCEL THE CONTRACT IN 14 DAYS; FOUND THAT A WINDOWS PHONE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME AND CANCELLED THE CONTRACT ON THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER 4 days AFTER THEY MADE THE FIRST DEDUCTION. I WAS TOLD THAT NO MORE DEDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE AND THAT THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELED AND RAM JUST NEEDS TO COLLECT THE PHONE. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THEM AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN ESCALATED ; A MONTH LATER THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED!!! I WENT TO A VODASHOP IN SOUTHGATE ON THE 11/10/2013 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CONTRACT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND I SHOULD JUST KEEP PHONING THE ONLINE ACCOUNTS TEAM - UNBELIEVABLE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT FROM VODACOM OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PHONE I DO NOT USE AND HAVE HAD TO CARRY IT TO WORK EVERYDAY JUST IN CASE RAM DOES CAME TO COLLECT IT ONLY TO FIND THAT AFTER THE NUMEROUS CALL THE CONTRACT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED!!!
