My name is Nompumelelo Mngcongo

i had ordered a contract phone online with VODACOM, AND SPECIFICALLY TOD THE CSA THAT I WANT A TOP UP CONTRACT BUT SHE FAILED TO DO THAT, cause when i wanted to load airtime on i could not then i called VODACOM on the 27th Aug 2013, queiring about the contract and the BAD SERVICE I received from the CSA's was so unpleasant I must say. They told me to wait for 14 days for the Contract to be cancelled and then they will come and collect the phone but i waited till the 25th of September for them to collect the phone, i was told that once the handset has been collected they will not debit money from the account and now today when I cehck my account they have debited 413.86!

i am really FED UP WITH VODACOM AND THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I CALLED THIS MORNING BUT THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. THEY TOLD ME TO BE REFUNDED WILL TAKE 24 HRS AS THEY HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE ""RELEVANT DEPARTMENT"
