I called Vodacom call centre to do an application for contract phone, I asked the lady if it was compatible with whatsapp she said yes. I received the phone only to be stuck trying to download whatsapp I have searched the net only to be told it cant take whatsapp.i called the call centre and was told yes the phone does take whatsapp but we have not been trained on how to do it so you need to go to a Vodacom store. I went to the Musgrave vodacom to be told I don't know if it can take whatsapp but I don't think so. How do you sell a product you have no knowledge on. You get pushed from call centre to store and back to call centre. I have never had a problem with Vodacom my experience has always been good, But it shows nothing good last for ever. How hard can it be to be told you can or cant download whatsapp
