Wrong Phone delivered

I upgraded my contract with vodacom on the 6th October through the upgrades department call centre. An incorrect phone was delivered around the 5th November. I called Vodacom to inform them of this error and requested that they come collect the phone, at first i was told to visit the nearest vodacom outlet for an exchange i found this to be an inconvinience hence i ordered the phone through a call centre.

Today is the 28th November, Vodacom still has not collected the phone because they are hoping that i will just keep the phone. I had called vodacom weekly since 5th November when i i informed them to come and collect this phone and everytime i am advised that the phone has not been allocated for collection yet. I do not want to have anything to do with vodacom anymore, They must just collect thier phone and let me find a new service provider that can treat me as a valuable customer.
