WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - 5 weeks no service

In September we went to the Telkom store situated in Bayside shopping mall and applied for a 4MB uncapped line and got told we would have to wait until the following month for it to be installed. We were patient and then got told it will take up to 3 weeks due to the lines being replaced in our area. We finally received our line on the 16th of October and then still could not use the line as they did not provide us with the passwords to activate it. Then the line was cut off prematurely without reason after being told we have not paid. Yet did NOT receive a single bill for the month even after requesting one earlier the same month.

After paying the account fully we were told the line would be activated yet we are sitting here after 2 weeks without internet and then after going into store twice we get told it's a fault in our area and the technician could not find the fault. - What kind of ISP does not know how to be an ISP?

We are going to cancel the account due to being told we will not be credited with the time we lost.

2 months paid up front for 2, 5 weeks worth of net.

tut tut bad Telkom - I will be informing everyone to use other service providers.
