I called MWEB two weeks ago to complain that I am paying almost R1000 for a 4meg uncapped line and getting speeds from 1.3 megs to 3.5 max.
I was told that a TELKOM technician will come and check my line. A technician came two my house two days later and again another two days after that. They plugged in their outdated laptops and ancient routers and told me they see there is a slow line.

I never heard from TELKOM again. I called TELKOM on Friday 15th Feb to report another fault with lots of static on my line. The TELKOM support guy told me he sees that the previous fault has not been resolved yet.
I said to him that is correct. NOTHING HAS HAPPEND. What is happening to TELKOM

My fault ref is 58ARK030213, as u can see its been 17 days with nothing done..

Kindly advise as we as South Africans are being ripped off.
