NO LINE AFTER 3 MONTHS

Dear Telkom,

On the 02 October 2013 I applied for a Telkom Line to be installed in my premises, the lady was very helpful in taking down all of my details and informing me that I have been approved for my specified product (Uncapped up to 2mbps) needless to say I was most pleased with this, however... The next day I received a call informing me that Telkom has no infrastructure in the area as such they cannot install my line. This was a valid response to me so I requested as to when Telkom will have made the provision for the lines, I was told by the end of November they would be able to advise me.

I decided to make contact with Telkom on the 04/12/2013 after my estate manager informed me that Telkom have allocated lines to my complex, needless to say I was most excited as I have been waiting for my line since October 2013

I called Telkom this morning and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that lines have been added to my area and that she will escalate this to a Technician to sort out. However I called Telkom again at 02:20pm and I was told that there are no lines available and that my request is still with planning pending line allocation.

BAD BAD SERVICE...
