Overcharged for SMS's

I have had my Vodacom account for years. On the one account, a top-up 135, I also included an SMS bundle of 200 sms's. I was told that once I use more than 200, the out of bundle sms' will be the same price as the discounted ones, so I do not have to purchase extra sms bundles. And it worked fone for a long time. Now all of a sudden I have to pay 80c per sms out of bundle. What nonsense!!! This was not part of our agreement when I first took out this contract!!! Does Vodacom think they can change agreements at leisure???
