Still billed for SMS Bundle

I am paying for a sms bundle from January 2013 after telling Vodacom how much times that it is suppose to be part of the contract being signed for previously, after I upgraded the sms bundle were still on my account and I didn't require the sms being loaded, I asked Vodacom to remove and refund but they are just pushing me from consultant to consultant and I am getting tired of the bad service, I hope there is someone still willing to help in Vodacom
