Selling Broken Phone and Refusal to replace

I am so furious at Cell C'S poor pathetic service. My husband bought me a phone on contract through them because they offer cheaper call rates> little did we know how bad that decision was. As soon as the phone arrived and was charged the battery started to run out after 3 hours, I have also lost business as I couldn't set up my email and sms and within & days of delivery I called customer service. A guy asked me for the IME number and said to me this number appears to be a vodacom IME and my phone is vodacom locked! I said that its impossible as I bought this phone directly from Cell C! He said I have to go to a vodacom shop to get an unlocking release pin to unblock my phone to receive emails. I went to vodacom and they said they have never heard of such a thing. Then I went to a cellc shop and they helped me set up the phone and refuse to change my phone as its not bought directly from a shop but from headoffice. After numerous calls and speaking to many people and after many promises of collecting this phone for replacement if they find the fault< they said they cant replace but fix it, Well the phone came back worse off. I wanted to replace the blackberry 9360 with 9790! THEY REFUSE
