Excellent service, sooo impressed

Usually when I call MTN customer care I feel like porting to vodacom. They have the rudest consultants ever!!! So i had problems with my data on Sat and as usual 173 consultants have no clue what's going on and they tell me to call 1555 who were even worse. Sent me back to 173 and everyone just passing the buck till I was transferred to this guy Mandla Khanyi. Excellent service, no excuses just solutions. Thanks for the great service Mandla, I think you guys at MTN should ask this guy to train your consultant, excellent service.
