Transfer to prepaid, system error now my problem

My contract is currently on my Dad's name, so on the 23rd of September 2013 (September was the end of the contract) he contacted the cancellation department of Autopage, to give a months notice (as is requested by the service provider) and he also requested that the number should automatically be transferred as a prepaid number as I would like to keep my number. It was logged on the system that the transfer to prepaid would take place on the 28th of October 2013. Today is the 30th of October 2013 and my contract is still running!!! Yesterday I went to a Autopage store and asked them to check why it has not been transferred yet, the consultant in the store phoned the cancellation department and the response was that it was a system error. This morning I contacted the cancellation department myself and the person on the phone said that he will send an email requesting an immediate cancellation. This afternoon I contacted them again since nothing has happen yet and the lady said that the transformation to prepaid will only be completed by Saturday. This is really unacceptable, I already waited more than a month and now due to a SYSTEM ERROR is need to wait 3 more days!!!
