Impossible to port number from Vodacom to Cell C

On the 22nd of June I went to a Vodashop in Centrurion Mall to migrate my number from contract to pre-paid in order to port my number to Cell C. The consultant phoned customer care for me in order to cancel my contract.

I have received a notification from Vodacom that my number will be migrated on the 30/06/2013. This has not been done yet. I have phoned Vodacom countless times and everytime the consultant has a different story and refers me to a different number. They have promissed me several times that someone will contact me back to resolve the issue but this has never happened

My number seems to be stuck between prepaid and contract. It seems like all the different Vodacom departments are working on different systems and if a consultant is unable to assit you they refer you to the next department.

I have contacted the following numbers and no one was able to assist me

I have spent hours on the phone for something that is suppose to be plain and simple, waiting in a queue for 30 minutes just for the consultant to drop the phone without answering it.

Cell C is unable to port my number until Vodacom resolves the issue
