Worst service ever by Telkom

I am writing this report as a last resort.

On around the 8th or 9th of October we had a very bad storm and subsequintly had a power outtage. Since then our internet has been off but the tellephone line is still working. I first left it for a couple of days but on the 14th October I logged a call with Telkom and got a refference number 711CTK141013. I received an SMS from them on the 15th October to say the service has been restored. I thought wonderfull that was fast and the service was on again. Yes, it was on for a day!! i have subsequintly logged another call on the 18th 597ctk181013 and received a SMS that the service was restored but it was not. I logged another call on the 23rd 786ctk231013 and again received a SMS that the service was restored, again it was not restored. I decided to go to the Telkom service centre in Kolonade Pretoria and they said that they will send a mail to escalate the problem. I have not heard a word since. I logged an escalation report on the works internet and still have not heard a word. I can tell you one thing, if the payment is due they will not hissetate to contact you if you are late even if you had no service at all. I need help URGENTLY!!!
