ADSL DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS

My adsl line has been down from the 12/03/13 and up to now has not been restored. i called in on the 12/03/13 and they have given me a ref (830CNK120313) an sms was sent on the 18/03/13 to say it was restored yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! in the 19th i called in to say this was the issue and another ref (550CNK1903/13) i received an sms on the 20th at 8:00am to say it was restored yet nothing has been done (as usual). called again on the 25th and spoke to Sylas he got the technician on the other line and he tells me that the cable was wet that is why they never fix it and the problem was at the exchange... so why did telkom send me a message to say it was restored? Sylas then tells me that tomorrow morning (26/03/13) it will be sorted out - as i expected NOTHING!!! so i call in yet again and get another ref (471CNK260313) i am just going around in circles with telkom and their incompetent staff at the call centre as well as their technicians. i will further investigate how they employ technicians and what training telkom endeavors to put their staff through. very poor service from telkom - please advise to WHEN my adsl line will be resolved??
