Telkom ADSL line down since 01-11-2013

I have had NO Telkom ADSL/Internet connectivity since 01-11-2013! (River Club)
I have phoned Telkom every day this month and no one can provide me with an estimate of when the service will be available again.
The reference number is 49CRK031113 (eventually logged on Sunday 03/11/13 at 10.02 after a previous fault report that had not been closed had been cleared out of the system!)
According to call centre personnel an escalation has been put in place - and I have been promised feedback from Telkom's technical department.
Of course I have received NOTHING to date.
It would be great if someone from Telkom could let me know if / when service will be restored!
