Complaint ref.no.3101700400.After numerous contacts with your call centre and 2 complaints on hello peter, I have still not received any feed back, you are clearly not interested in solving this matter. I paid good money for the data and speed stick which I can no longer use, furthermore the data has an expiry date and the longer you take the less value I receive. I formally request to be refunded for my unused data and the cost of the speed stick. No more "a consultant will contact you shortly " stories, I no longer trust you to keep your word. I understand that you are trying to ignore me but I will not go away. I worked for every red cent I paid, you did not deliver the service you advertised, I just want my money back so that I can purchase the same service from another supplier. I repeat ref.no.3101700400.Will somebody please listen now???
