Vodacom upgraded my contract without my consent

I have a 24 month contract with Vodacom. In terms of my contract, i was charged R135.00 per month. This contract is due to expire in December 2013. On the 1st October 2013, Vodacom deducted R240.01 from my account. I called the contact centre and spoke to Renaldo Williams: ref 316603746. According to Renaldo, my account was upgraded from Top up 135 to Smart S. I DID NOT REQUEST AN UPGRADE OR AN EXTENSION OF MY CONTRACT. Renaldo could not tell me who authorised this upgrade.
