BlackBerry9790 - Very poor battery life

I got a BB9790 on when I renewed my contract in April 2013. This is the worst phone ever regarding its battery life!! After several times I went back to Game Langeberg Mall and every time they sent me to Vodacom Langeberg Mall. This time however I was sent to Renaldo at Vodacom and he really helped me. The problem still isn't solved, but he tried.
