MTN responded to my complaint on Wed 23 Oct.
MTN, in the person of Wenzile Masina, waffled some response about not knowing which account I was moaning about.
Hellopeter specifically wants my number "For reports to Cell Phone Companies". You could have phoned me MTN, you are a telecom company for heaven sake.
Like I indicated then, unhelpful to the last!
