Vodacom is pathetic!!!

On the 5th of December 2013 I phoned Vodacom to cancel my weekender contract which was about to expire on the 17th of December just to be told that I could not cancel as I already upgraded my contract. I realised that I have been as I never upgraded my contract and I never consented to a new contract and never received a new phone.
I was upset as and had to drive to the police station and do a affidavit solemnly swearing that I never did a upgrade.
My question to Vodacom was that how could they give out a new contract without the following:
Proof of address, Proof of Id, No consent (verbally and in writing)
According to them the matter has been resolved, but they are still debiting my account and still have not refunded me my money?
I have been holding on for Customer care now for an hour listening to a f@&$ed!!!
up song " Because I'm happy!! " and I can definitely say that I am not happy at all.
When it comes to debiting my account they are very happy, but when it comes to service there is none!
