I upgraded my cell phone and tablet with Vodacom in December 2013, on line, it being the 21st month of my 24month contract. I just received my statement from them and the statement does not comply with the contract I selected when I did my upgrade. When I phoned Vodacom to query this they informed me I must phone their upgrades department as they might have loaded the wrong contract. I did this and they in turn informed me that this was in fact a billing query. I was then informed that even thou I upgraded to a new contract I as still reliable to pay my old contract (till the 24th month)... HUH??? This was never the case before, as I did an upgrade previously and my old contract fell away and I started paying on my new contract. When was this implemented, I then basically took out a new contract... Then to me off more, they swapped around the invoices. To even me off more, I must now pay for my old contract and the new contract and for anything in between as the old contract will only fall away after the 24 month, which is March 2014.

I would have then waited till the 24months are over before taking out a new contract. Can't believe this!!
I refuse to pay this account!!!
