Cancelled my Line in September and still billed

I cancelled my business lines on the the 11th of September 2013. I send a Letterhead signed to [Email Removed] letting you know that we have sold our business that you must close our lines (011) 7875712 and (011) 7875713 at the end of September. We received notice that we must give 1 months notice, so we paid the bill for September and for October but we got a invoice for November.

I again e-mail you on the 25th November asking you to fix this problem again I didn't get any response and today I got another invoice for December.

This line was damaged to make sure that no-one can use our line when Telkom didn't cancelled it. Yet on the invoice there was a called we are billed for while we allready cancelled the line

Please sort out the account and let me know when this is done
