Policy cancelled in July but still being debited

I cancelled my policy with Liquid Capital on the 19 July with a lady by the name of Buyi. I specifically informed her that august is my notice period and from September I wont be withthem anymore. I called in august to confirm that my policy is cancelled and Annalien confirmed this and I was happy. 25th of September Liquid Capital sent thru the debit order which I reversed. Again 25th of October they sent thru the debit order for what I dont have a clue.

What irritates me more is the fact that when I call there is no reply for the number that I have been using for years. When I call the switchboard number I am asked to hold for cancellations and nobody answers. I dont know how much I have accummulated in respect of the telephone bill trying to sort this out with nobody to talk to from Liquid Capital.

My other concern is the damage that they are creating in respect of my name with my banking institution for reversing their debit order every month. This is becoming an irriation on my side honestly.

Can you please help in making sure that they dont debit my account anymore R1400 is a lot of money and honestly I dont have time to go to the bank every month
