On 23rd October I loaded sms bundles and when I checked my balance, it was 0. I called and was advised that there was a problem with checking balances and I need to call to confirm my balance. My query was logged S3T4C-CA1CS and I was advised that I would be contacted via sms, email or phone call within 24 hours. I am still waiting. I am constantly experienceing problems with this Service Provider and never get the feedback during required timeframes. I always have to resort to logging complaints on Hello Peter to get a reaction.
