Pathetic Service and Non Receipt of Data Purchased

I checked my data balance, which was on about 1MB of data and proceeded to purchase 300MB for R45. Item purchased, recieved a confirmation sms and checked my balance again about 5 minutes after purchasing, my balance showed 150 odd MB.

I called customer care to enquire and spoke to an unprofessional consultant who proceeded to explain how my device is constantly using "airtime" even when its just lying there in the bedroom. To make an assumption that I dont understand how my device and data consumption works is insulting to me and that was not my query. At the beginning of the call I had to explain to her 3 times what the query was actually about. I basically had to convince her to assist, the service was appauling. I requested to speak to a manager and was advised that they are in a meeting, was promised I would be called back, this was on the 16 August 2013, till today nothing. Logged a complaint also on 16/08 on the website, got an email response acknowledging receipt, till today nothing - advised of a 72 hour turnaround time.
