On the 15-01-2014 at 18h50 i recharged my airtime worth R62.00 and converted to R59.00 mydata 250 and received a confirmation that my bundles will expire on the 06/02/2014 and bought electricity via cell phone banking at 18H52 and today i find out that my bundles are not there yet when i checked my balance i was left with less than R2.50 on my account and now a consultant from vodacom tells me that i cant be helped as it is my fault that i did not check the balance on my account when i explained that i did and want to escalate my query i am told by the supervisor that there is nothing that can be done and he is the last person that my complain can be sent to i don't have any avenues. i feel realy disappointed with how they handle my complaint and dont want to listen all i want them to give me is my bundles and yet they fail to explain why i received a massage that confirms my purchase and the expiry day of my data. maybe its time for me to change my network provider as it indicates now that vodacom does not care with some of their clients
