On the 23/11/13 when I checked my account balanced I relized that all my data bundled balance was zero & my current use was R598, surprised because i never exceed my monthly buddles I called CellC (call centre) to enquire my usage & a call was logged to investigate (3112300087). A lady called from customer service & advised that should the problem be on their side, I will only be credited the following month. I missed a call from the service provider the same week (no message was left) & since then I never receive any communication from them regarding the above query. I decided to call customer service today to follow up on this today & I spoke to Hloni but the line dropped & called again and I spoke to Kim who advised she cannot pick up this ref number & I should explain all over about my query. This is totally unacceptable & I refuse to accept this type of service, why should the customer follow up on queries AND EVEN WORSE how can query just disappear. I dont know who's responsible for this query & I don't know how they going to locate the query if they can't with the ref they provided but I NEED FEEDBACK on this because the same thing is happ
