Pathetic service from Vodacom!!!

When I upgraded to a new contract on 21 Sept. 2013, from a Top up 135 to a Smart light s contract, the consultant told me that I had accumulated money on my Top up contract of about R935.00, and that this should be converted to data otherwise I would lose this money on the 1st of October when my new contract kicks in. On the 30th of Sept. I bought (2 x 2gig @R249.99 each) data bundles. On the 1st of October when I checked my Balance, it added 3 x 2gig bundles and added R750.00 on top of my Smart light s contract, instead of using my Top up money that was still valid! I then Contacted the 082 155 call center on the 2nd of Oct and numerous times afterwards . they gave me a ref. numb of S3-T3X29-9VXRZ an told me the Query will be solved within 48 hours, after no response up to the 17th of Oct, I contacted the advanced data center 082 135 56, and spoke to a Neo Basuthu at the Joburg branch. Mr Neo gave me a new ref numb of A1-O4WD-8N2ZS and promised he will escalate the problem and insure this will get attention from him and his manager. I'm still trying to sort this out, but nobody at Vodacom can give me any feedback to what the engineering and accounts departments are doing.
