They handed me over and affected my itc. i cancelled my account with them in 2010 and changed to prepaid. i have paid them in order to do the prepaid transfer. now i find that i have a itc record for slow paying and not paying a last invoice that they cant provide me with. nobody can give me answers and so i just have to look like the slow or non payer they are making me out to be. i never received a sms, email or letter in the post with regards to an outstanding amount.
ive been transferer from customer care to accounts to legal and even chased away from a store, and with no luck did i get anything right. all i got was attitude and staff not wanting to take responsibilty or charge of the querie. im still not helped or happy with the situation, now im just being ignored by them totally. no responses at all
