MTN are and Cheats!!!

MTN has been billing me for times when I used my phone in free Wifi zones. Each time I used my phone is this area, I always switched my mobile data off and then proceeded to connect to the Wifi Zone. This Wifi zone doesn't have a cut off time nor does it restrict how much of MB is available for use, so how MTN added this to my bill is beyond understanding especially since I always switch my mobile data off. My bills are all in the region of R2000. This is absolutely ridiculous. I lodged a query at Westwood Mall and when I checked to find out status I was told that the query was lodged after the cut off date for queries in that month. I then lodged a second query- with ref No 2697906 and this hasn't been resolved to date. I went into Westwood Mall to check status and was told that they didn't have my email address therefore this query was not resolved. What nonsense is this!!! MTN has my cell no, couldn't they call me The Ref No to find out what the hold up 10550018.On top of this incorrect billing issue, MTN has now cancelled my mobile data and sms and not given me what I paid for. The guy in Westwood Mall couldn't figure out or resolve this new problem. MTN are 's and cheats
