EXPECTED LOWER BILL IN VIEW OF THIS AVE SPENT ALSO REFLECT DECREASE MONTH ON MONTH SINCE FEB 2013 WHEN MY JOB SPEC CHANGED. INSTEAD OF RESOLVING MY QUERY AROUND THE EXHORBITANT COSTS, ZEENAT OFFERED AN ADDITIONAL DATA BUNDLE WHICH I DO NOT NEED SINCE I DO NOT USE MY PH FOR INTERNET, DOWNLOADS, ETC. MY QUERY WAS TO RESOLVE HIGH CHARGES NOT TO INCURR ADDITIONAL COSTS. CORPORATE SERV CENTURY PLACE ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF QUERY ON 26/06, BUS OPERATIONS EBU ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF QUERY 27/6. TO DATE I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT. LODGED ANOTHER QUERY TODAY, ONLY RECEIVED AUTOMATIC RESPONSE. I NEED TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED AS A MATTER OF URGENCY, COME 1/8, MTN ARE NOT GOING TO ASK QUESTIONS BUT DEMAND THEIR MONEY FROM ME.
