I have a samsung S3 mini which has been giving me problems i handed it in to Mtn bosburg who did a software update and i still had the same problem, i then took my phone in to mtn eastgate and they said it couldnt be repaired cause i had no usb cable which i never received... the lady that tred to help said she would send it in as a normal repair and let me know when it went in which i never heard anything..i phoned mtn eastgate and spoke to the manager there who has no people skills what so ever and kept speaking above me when i said i wanted to cancel my contract she said she give me the number so i could do that!! i also said to her i wanted a new phone/upgrade my contract to the S4 (which would mean mtn would get more money out of me) or i stop my contract, my phone was apparently ready on 17 october which i never knew i ased the manager to sort out the problem and come up with a solution and contact me which she never bothered to do she got one of the ladies who dealt with my phone to contact me and tell me it was ready, manager i dont think so. Mtn head office is also pathetic.i do have more to say but unfortunately ran out of character! some feedback would be great...
