Still cant use my 10240MB of Wifi Hotspot Data!

So I tried to use my 10240MB of 8ta wifi data that I got from my 60 60 deal, but after spending about an hour trying to connect I gave up! So I contacted an "Agent" and he left me high and dry. Can anyone please help me figure out how to connect to the 8Ta wifi hotspor?! Below is our conversation.
