Still no response re billing - Wifi

Good day, three weeks ago i was contacted by your technical department who then asked me to send them the data usage of my phone on wi fi and mobile, which i did. I have not been contacted after that again? Basically i dont use mobile data during the day i disconnect it when i connect to WiFi so there is no way that i can be billed for mobile data. The technician understood this and advised he would get back to me. I was also told by Cell C consultant that all i do is complain and when the issue is resolved i find something new to complain about also should i need help i must contact 140. I am quite shocked at this allegation. I advised her that had the issue been resolved correctly in the first place or they contacted me as promised i would not need to complain because it would then be sorted. my billing is still to high and i was told that i have been billed for another user's line as well in error. Please can we sort this out, im being billed incorrectly since March and i feel its very unfair not to sort this out immediately.
