I have a Telkom Mobile contract. As part of the contract I get 10Gb Wifi free monthly. After trekking down a wifi hotspot I tried to connect - ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE! First you need a special SIM, you cant connect with the devices Telkom Mobile actually sold me, I definitely cant use any normal wifi enabled device LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD and none of the please on their technical/data desk, Facebook, Twitter or customer care staff can help me connect. I have been corresponding with them for more than 5 weeks and still no solution.

I am so mad, if this is not solved in the next few days I will log a complaint with the Consumer Board and ASA for false advertising. WATCH THIS SPACE.
