Vodacom is scamming my data usage!!!

I took out a blackberry q5 contract mid July which is meant to include 200mb data, 100sms and unlimited bbm. I was charged pro rata for the month of July and all was fine. The contract is meant to cost me 289 per month. I get the bill back after 1 month and its over R452. I downloaded the vodacom app and saw my balance outstanding for August was R797 or something ridiculous of which 460 was extra data charges. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! at home I am connected to wifi as well as work the only time I use mobile data is when I am on the road between the two! I called the data centre to query this and was told it will be investigated and I will be called back within 24 hours. I told them to set a limit on the contract for R100 over which they did and I instantly cut off after that, Apparently I have already used my 200mb data for this month and have already gone 100 over my contract after 5 days, what absolute rubbish! I bought a paid app for bb 10 which monitors data usage through wifi and mobile data. as of yesterday wifi usage was 100mb and mobile was 4.2mb so i dont see how I have used 200. i got an sms this morning saying it can take 14 working days. I dont have that time with no phone
