I logged a complaint with vodacom. When I phoned today to get feedback I was told that the call must be re-logged because it was done incorrectly. I was then advised that I am out of bundle by R1500. I don't understand because the agents said I'm out of bundle by R45 but the first agent who logged the call incorrectly said I owe R1500. I was also told I must phone back for feedback. The staff is incompetent and all they care about is making profits for their boss. We pay high costs for what. We are charged for every small things and we can't even have basic information from vodacom.

I need detailed feedback from vodacom. Two people working for the same company but giving two different information. This is vodacom. Maybe it is time to move to other network
