1) My account remained in arrears (December) for an upgrade delivery charge which I was not made aware of. I was told twice that the arrears status would be removed as the debit order would go through at the end of December but this did not happen. There were also limited options to pay this amount. I could not make calls out of bundle for most of December. 2) My monthly bundle minutes and data were not allocated to my account on 1 Jan 2014 (this was eventually sorted but had no access to bundle on 1 Jan) 3) I am not receiving sms's, call was logged (3 Jan) and no one has gotten back to me.
All these issues were escalated to Vodacom call centre on many occasions. Vodacom did not contact me within 24 hours on most of these calls. I am still awaiting feedback from the last escalation (where I logged an official complaint). Very dissapointed with the lack of response.
