No Positive Feedback - DATA Enquiry

Purchased a MyGig 3 Data Bundle through the MyVodacom APP on Christmas Day for my data dongle. The bundle was immediately billed to my account and 24 hours later, the data was still not awarded to me. I queried this with Cust Care and the agent confirmed that no data had been given to me and a service request was created and logged. I have been calling ever since, following through every week or two for some feedback. I have already payed for the data that was billed and not given on this statement for Feb 1st. Every follow up call has been listed as urgent and "escalated" but nobody at Vodacom will give me any feedback. I am a loyal customer who spends thousands monthly but Customer Service is very poor. Is there anyone out there at Vodacom that will help me in debiting the amount back to me please? The latest escalation said that I would only receive feedback in 14 working days, so would I have to wait until April 1st before I get my money back? #RedCustomer who is truly frustrated.
