Poor Service and No Feedback

I experience constant Vodacom problems when I am at home. I logged a customer care complaint a while back, and Vodacom sent a technician to my premises to investigate. The issues that I experience were confirmed by the technician. I have heard nothing from Vodacom and called the call centre a few weeks back. They informed me, that I will have feedback regarding the issue on the 28th August.

I received no feedback on the 28th August.

I today again called the call centre, and was promised that a technician will call me within 30 minutes. Hours have now gone by, and still no call, no feedback.

What is the way forward on this, since the Vodacom network is not usable at all at my premises, as per the call that I logged?
