Call centre personel does not log information

I am experiencing a data related network coverage problem. I spent an hour and a half on the phone to vodacom trying follow-up on a call I logged. I received conflicting information about the call. Staff were not able to look up the reference number which I had received. EC-ZHAM-218VCO. At one point I was told that Linda Roode was responsible, but nobody was able to get me her contact details or confirm this. I was thus forced to log the fault again. I gave a detailed description of the problem to Xolani including street address, GPS co-ordinates and a description of the problem. The following day Walied from vodacom calls me and informs me that none of the information that I had given Xolani was logged. Why? There are 3 accounts other than the one below
