I took a contract for R199pm for the Samsung mini 3 - the wrong contract details was written in by the branch. I took all the information and statements to them within 2 weeks and showed them the problem. First I get billed for 2 phones; this took more that 2months to be rectified. This is now 4 Months later and still get billed incorrectly. Any other business would have sorted out a problem immediately - I do not know why I have to be ignored is this normal practice from the office to ignore a client? A date and time was given in writing by the Nashua guy that my contract will be sorted and I will be informed by Tuesday 22/10/2013 at 5h00 - this has come and gone and HEY WHAT A SURPRISE I WAS NOT CONTACTED! ONLY to be SWITCHED OFF AGAIN. The Call centre either cut you off or refer you back to the branch - where you receive no answers! I would like to return the phone and cancel the whole deal but this is not allowed - Pls HELP what am I to do???
