We had a problem yesterday with our Internet breakout. After doing some tests and checks i decided to phone the call centre for help. Spoke to a technician but did not get his name unfortunately but i have to praise you for the service i received from him. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on finding the problem. Within 5 minutes he pinpointed where my problem was and i could resolve it and get our business working again.
