I got billed for services not contracted

In June 2013 I went into the Clearwater Mall branch of Nashua Mobile to apply for an upgrade of my contract. Since then I have been billed for a hardware subsidy that was not sold to me and am still being billed for old parts of my previous contract which should have been cancelled when the new contract took effect. I have mailed Karen Davids who has not responded to any of my e-mails since 20th August 2013. I logged a complaint with Lynietta at Nashua Mobile Client Services on the 17th September and was assured that i would get a call the next day but to date no call or communication has been received. I received an e-mail from Nashua Mobile Head Office on Saturday stating that my complaint has been resolved yet no one has contacted me nor have I received a credit note. To Date Nashua Mobile has debited my bank account with R 738.72 and no one is willing to communicate with me or refund me.
